Chia and Strawberry Parfait


Chia seeds are renowned for their health benefits and are a delicious snack for the family to enjoy. Loaded with vitamins, mineral, fiber, antioxidants, protein, Omega 3s and more, Chia seeds should be a welcome addition to you and your family's daily snacking ritual.

Here is a quick and easy recipe for a great, nutritious snack that is perfect for your child's snack or lunch box. Enjoy!

Ingredients:

• Vanilla Chia Pudding

• 1 cup sliced strawberries

• 1 cup of organic granola

Directions:

  1. Add ½ cup of granola to bottom of the glass or bowl.

  2. Line bottom of serving glass or bowl with strawberries.

  3. Pour in the Vanilla Chia pudding.

  4. Layer the remaining granola and top with strawberries.

  5. Refrigerate and enjoy!
